RECEIPT & INVOICE KEEPER

App privacy

Updated: 29 October 2026 · Webbjolt / WEBBPRO

Documents in the app

Receipts, invoices, document images, company names, categories and amounts are stored locally on your device. Camera and image access are used when you choose to scan or import. Text recognition runs on the device; document images are not sent to an AI scanning service.

Technical data for text recognition

The app uses Google ML Kit. The SDK may automatically send technical diagnostic and usage data to Google: device model and operating system, app version and package name, installation identifiers, feature events, error codes and performance measurements, and image format, resolution and size. Document images and recognized text are not sent for scanning. Technical data is encrypted in transit and used for diagnostics and service improvement. This collection cannot be separately disabled in the app. See ML Kit iOS data disclosure / Android data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy.

Exports and backups

You choose which documents to export and where to save a backup. If you share a file through email or cloud storage, that provider handles it under its own terms. Webbjolt does not automatically receive a copy. Exported files may contain sensitive information; choose recipients carefully.

Android accounts

The Android account service uses Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in or verified email and password. It processes your email address, account identifier and profile details supplied by your sign-in provider, such as a display name or profile-photo link. Firebase also processes IP addresses and app, SDK and device information for secure sign-in and service operation. Our verification server receives an authentication token, not your password. See Firebase privacy information.

Trial and purchase verification

Android production access includes a 24-hour free period starting when your verified account first connects to the access service. A one-time Google Play purchase then provides lifetime access; Google Play shows the final local price. Our server verifies purchases with Google and stores a hashed account identifier, trial start, purchase token, product identifier, purchase status and verification timestamps. A per-installation identifier binds the signed access response to your installation. These records support access, restoration and prevention of repeated free trials. Reinstallation or account deletion does not restart the trial. Account and verification services use encrypted HTTPS connections.

Signing in does not upload, back up or synchronise your receipts, document images or recognised text. Free closed-test builds do not require payment when stated in the test invitation. The current iOS version is a one-time paid App Store download without an account, subscription or in-app purchase. Apple handles that download payment; Google Play handles Android checkout. Our verification server does not receive payment card details.

Retention, deletion and contact

You can delete your Android online sign-in account in the app. This removes its Firebase Authentication profile. Limited trial and purchase verification records remain for lifetime purchase restoration, ownership checks and prevention of trial resets. They are separate from the sign-in profile and are not cleared by account deletion. Payment providers apply their own retention policies.

Delete local documents in the app after two confirmations. Delete separate exports and backups wherever you saved them. See deletion instructions. Contact WEBBPRO app support or email contact@webbjolt.com for privacy or deletion requests. Do not send passwords, payment card details or document images unnecessarily.
