Services and staff
Create services with their own duration and price. Assign bookings to staff and adjust opening hours, working days, notice periods and buffers between visits.
Forms that fit your business
Create text fields, multiple-choice questions, dates and checkboxes. Make important details required and show relevant follow-up questions based on previous answers or the selected service.
Flexible times and capacity
Choose start times every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Allow concurrent appointments when you have capacity and let the app check for scheduling conflicts.
Make changes with confidence
Confirm, complete or cancel an appointment. Undo supported status changes from the history; the app checks whether the time can still be restored.
Your name, your language
Show your business name and contact details in the app. Choose a brand colour and switch between Swedish and English without creating another calendar.
BUILT FOR OFFLINE USE
A local database. You stay in control.
Bookings, settings and your local account are stored in a SQLite database on your computer. You do not need a website or hosting. Once installed, the calendar can be used without an internet connection.
Back up the database from the File menu and keep a copy in another location. You can also open the data folder from that menu. Business data export is available in settings. Uninstallation is configured to retain user data, but always keep your own backup.
This edition is for use on one computer. It does not synchronise between devices or send automatic email or SMS. Messages in the app are local drafts. Internet booking and payments are not included. It is not a medical records system.

Frequently asked questions
Which account do I need?
You need a free WEBBPRO member account to download the files. A standard account is enough; the offers club is optional. After installation you create a separate local account in the app. Booking data is not synchronised with the website membership.
Can customers book from home?
Not in this offline edition. It is designed for you to manage appointments locally. Contact WEBBPRO if you need a separate online booking solution.
What happens when I change computers?
First make a backup from the File menu. Install the app on the new computer and close the app before moving the database. Keep the original backup until you have checked your data on the new computer.
Can I customise the app for my business?
Yes. Business name, brand colour, services, staff, forms and booking rules can be changed in settings. For custom development, a website or integrations, contact WEBBPRO.
