Delete your app data
Documents on your device
Select the documents you want to delete in the app and confirm twice. Back up anything you wish to keep first. Delete exported images, Excel files and backups separately wherever you saved them.
Android online account
In the Android account-enabled version, open Settings → Account & lifetime access → Delete account. Read and accept both confirmations. A recent sign-in is required; sign in again if requested. This deletes your app-specific Firebase Authentication profile, not your Google account. Signing out or deleting the online account does not erase local documents or backups.
Limited trial and purchase verification records remain to restore lifetime purchases, check ownership and prevent repeated free trials. Account deletion does not restart the free period or erase your Google Play purchase history. Our verification server does not store payment card details.
The current iOS version requires no online account. Free Android closed-test builds may not include account services.
Request deletion without the app
Email contact@webbjolt.com from the address linked to your app account and request account deletion for Receipt & Invoice Keeper. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting. You can also use the support form below. We will explain which information can be deleted and the limited verification records that remain.
Do not send passwords or document images. A support request does not automatically delete documents on your device.
